A panel that has been created for the refrigeration industry
Specially designed to meet the needs of your customers’ most specific and demanding refrigeration applications.
Thanks to the direct bonding of the polyurethane between two panels, a perfect thermal barrier is created, allowing the enclosure to be airtight and achieving greater thermal efficiency with high mechanical and chemical resistance.

It ensures higher thermal conductivity (Lambda λ = 0.0169 W/mK), resulting in benefits such as reduced energy consumption and a lower carbon footprint.
Maximum fire protection
We are the only manufacturer of refrigerated panels with the FM 4882 certification on the Iberian Peninsula with no high limits.

Our GIC PIR Panel is one of our sandwich panels with polyisocyanurate (PIR) core injected between two sides of cold-formed steel sheet. One of its most striking features is that it is manufactured continuously and automatically, allowing us to ensure fast delivery.
It is designed for the construction of refrigerated premises, agri-food premises and for those with a controlled room temperature, or air-conditioned enclosures with both positive and negative temperatures.
SPECIFICATIONS
Coefficient of thermal conductivity λ = 0,0205 W/mK.
Internal temperature range between -40 ºC and +40 ºC.
Different finishes available: lacquered, PET, HDX…
The vertical panels are assembled by means of a male-female interlocking system.

Discontinuous refrigeration panel
GI PUR
Small production batches, customised finishes.
GI PUR with a polyurethane core is another of our sandwich refrigeration panels that is suitable for the agri-food industry and in the construction of cold rooms.
This panel also has vertical walls (internal and external) and a roof, with the latter including reinforcements in the panel itself for greater stability. The polyurethane (PUR B2), which is expanded by a swelling agent without HCFC, is injected between the two sides of the panel in the hydraulic press.
In addition, optional inserts and double tongue-and-groove joints are available depending on the required thickness.

Our new range of Rockwool LF vertical and roof panels are isothermal and sandwich panels with a rockwool core between two lacquered steel sheets.
The partition panels can be used as interior walls to build production floors, laboratories, corridors or offices, amongst others, and outdoors as insulated cladding (horizontal or vertical mounting) for refrigerated warehouses and cold storage buildings for the agri-food industry.
The LF panels meet the highest fire safety constraints, while offering all the thermal insulation characteristics of other sandwich panels.
